This is Andrew Hernandez. Here is my story. He has made so many false promises and has made numerous statements about meeting particular deadline for sending the refund.

I purchased a so called “Flight Pass – $500” from him which is effective for 2 years from the day of the first flight that I booked with him. He also promised that he can book any flight of my choosing with this pass. This ended up becoming a headache and a hassle as the day I requested would end up not being the flight I actually wanted and needed. Which created issues at work and day off requests. He promised that in the event I am not happy with the flight pass, i can simply ask for a refund. I did request a refund and he promised to send the money back, until this day, I have not heard or seen any dollar amount.

Ryne also gave a free flight pass to my girlfriend, who resides in Canada. We tried booking a flight for her to come to the US but Ryne ended up ghosting and not even responding at all even after he promised that he knows of the day we need the flight. Ryne failed to book a flight as well for myself and her from US to Canada as promised. Rather than flying on Friday as discussed, he ended up booking a flight for the next day which caused me and my girlfriend to miss a very important family event. He offered all expenses paid for our weekend trip to Canada for this inconvenience which totals to $521.23 USD.

Last but not least, I requested to book a hotel for a Vegas trip which would be at the Orleans. He promised to book the room for the weekend I requested but once again he did not. The price of that is $139 USD.

*Read the last message if nothing else. Ryne wants you to think you won’t get paid if he is in jail. Sadly, we probably won’t see our money for a long time. However, judgements obtained on criminally obtained funds are protected from bankruptcy. So “have fun paying us all off for the rest of your life after prison” is the appropriate response to this statement.
