12/4/24 – Numbers don’t lie, but Ryne & Co. sure do.

Good evening and welcome back for another special I have been hard at work on all day. There is a clear pattern happening between people who first run into this list and realize its much bigger than they realize. They agree to post the loss on the victims list, or are already in contact with Ryne or his lawyers, and are under the illusion that they will be getting a refund in December for 40%. I initially believed it myself for about 5 minutes. The truth that will make us all sick to our stomachs is that there will be no mass refunds being sent in December, and here is why….

I have had multiple emails sent to me today indicating from Ryne’s lawyer that he is not sure when these refund checks will be going out.

Fellow victims, we are almost through the first week of December. We have approximately 12 working days left before the week of Christmas. If the checks are not out by 12/20 there is no chance you will get one by years end. Also, many of you are just finding out about this site and have reached out and are told the same line of BS about you being added to this list and getting a check sent. Out of 68 of you on my list approximately 4 were aware of the lawyer letter indicating the 40% payout (Letter Here). Do you really think they have enough to cover the refunds for the remaining 64? Lets do some simple math.

Mr. Goodman told me on our phone call (Located Here) that there are between 150-200 victims for around $400-500k outstanding. This website has been up for one week and we have identified 68 victims at $419,877.89. That’s an average amount stolen per victim of $6,174. Assuming, on the low end, that we have 150 victims (and the trend continues) we are going to arrive at $926,201. 40% of which is $370,480.49. On that same phone call Mr. Goodman said they have $175,000 to pay people out. By my math we are $195,480.49 short.

I know what you are thinking ‘But Jason, we don’t know if the stolen number is that high. Lets just take our 40% for those of us that are here today!’ Ok, no problem, at our current number of $419,877.89 at 40% that puts us at $167,951.16. Should be enough to cover everything right? Wrong. Mr. Goodman indicated that number is between $400-500k that he knows about, but wouldn’t be surprised if Ryne was wrong because, you know, he just makes mistakes sometimes. Silly guy.

If the number stolen rises above $437,500, and Mr. Goodman in fact has $175,000 there will be no money left to payout. That means from Mr. Goodmans original statements to me he knew that it was impossible to payout 40% to the victims that he new about at the time. Either that or they don’t do maths well and that’s going to be a big problem for all of us.

It also means we have $17,622.11 left from outstanding victims before there’s not enough money to pay the 40%. I receive 5-10 new victims every day, and do not think its going to slow down anytime soon.

On top of that if Ryne had truly turned over all the money to Mr. Goodman to make refunds then why would he be offering to send people refunds still to this day from money apps? Along with Maria, and Joel, and Yolanda?

They are so terrified of the coming criminal investigations that he is telling people he will pay them to keep quiet – and at the same time saying that his lawyers are making disbursements. Which we know to be untrue as his lawyer above said today that he doesn’t know when the payments are going out..

Finally, all of this hinges on the fact that Ryne did in fact turn over all the money to Mr. Goodman in the first place. You see, Mr. Goodman is under obligation to believe what his client tells him and present it to us – even if he knows its a steamy pile of nonsense. His job is to protect Ryne and fulfill his wishes to the best of his abilities – and he is protected by that relationship. I have multiple emails I have received, but am unable to share at this time, that all say the same thing in different ways. Essentially Mr. Goodman indicates that in order for him to perform with the letter (and pay the 40%) that Ryne needs to give him what he needs in order to do it. This statement means there is a high likely hood that Mr. Goodman is not holding onto the money as we have been led to believe this entire time.

To that I say, don’t hate the player, because Ryne knows the game. Its not Mr. Goodmans fault, he is doing his job. I always wondered why an attorney would need to hire an attorney. As these facts came together in my mind it suddenly clicked. If Ryne were in this position and lied he would be subjecting himself to more punishment. However, by lying to his attorney, and having him lie to us Ryne is not directly lying to us and can use that as a shield to prolong the inevitable. Crafty SOB.

He is broke, and out of options. His involved family members, accomplices, and others know the inevitable hand of justice will come knocking soon. Like an injured animal backed into a corner expect the dialogue to shift. As you each realize that you are not getting pay outs and confront or threaten Ryne with police reports, AG complaints, Bar association complaints, and legal action watch the behavior change. And don’t say I didn’t warn you. The numbers don’t lie. Ryne is a pathological liar, and no Ryne (and the Vitug clan) Mercy cannot rob justice no matter how much you beg and plead.
