Hello victims – and thieves alike. The unexpected uncovering of victims in early December meant countless hours spent weaving the scheme together. I feel like we have done a tremendous job uncovering overwhelming evidence, so thank you for your efforts and the abundance of information. This collective effort will provide an excellent head start to interested law enforcement officials and other victims’ lawyers. Also because of how we all came together, they will be able to put these criminals behind bars in the not to distant future, and we can finally attempt to recoup our stolen money.

Before we begin, many of you are not on our Facebook group. Please join for the most up-to-date information. It’s easier for me to post quickly on Facebook as opposed to the website. Now to the good stuff.

In the early stages of receiving information, I got an email with a letter from his first lawyer, Don Cosley – linked here – this letter indicated to me that the plan for Ryne in the beginning was to declare bankruptcy, or at least hold it over our heads to prevent law enforcement intervention or complaints from being filed.

We can hypothesize that Mr. Cosley realized at some point that Ryne was paying him in stolen funds and terminated the relationship, (what other reason would he have for terminating a new client with a large retainer after such a short time together). Ryne then foolishly figured he could get in front of this with his new attorneys by telling everyone they would pay them back by the end of December. I genuinely believe Ryne & Co. had plans to continue to rip off more new victims to pay off old victims in an act of self-preservation to cease the collapse of the Ponzi scheme. Then they got hit with a massive curveball: this website, aptly named “RyneVitugFraud”. The ruse was up, and everyone began to call BS on Ryne. He panicked and spiraled out of control committing more crimes, like wire fraud, in an attempt to quickly throw pennies at his victims to keep the act alive. At some point in the last few weeks, his new reality set in. The dollar amount and victim count grew faster and to more than I ever expected. So truly Ryne, how do you get in front of this now? We can surmise based on previous strategies Ryne used that he will double down and only lie and deflect more and more.

Which is precisely why Ryne has reverted back to the old plan of declaring bankruptcy. For the last month and a half many of you have continued to get emails from Adam Goodman that look like this:

However, recently on one of those emails a new law firm’s email appeared: dchristian@dca.law.

When I saw this, obviously I immediately searched this law firm and guess what they specialize in…

Surprise, Surprise! Bankruptcy on behalf of distressed transactions.

So yeah. Ryne’s current attorney is right. Lots of changes. A revision back to the original plan of declaring bankruptcy – but that’s not going to work when Ryne, Max & Co. get charged criminally, is it?

And I can promise you, with over 151 victims and $1,013,224.37 stolen so far, it’s just a matter of time. Please keep emailing Adam and asking for an update, but remember: if you leave this to the criminals (Ryne, Max & Co.), you will never get paid. They do not care about anyone except themselves. Their only goal now is to declare bankruptcy and try avoiding prison. However, like a Chinese finger trap, the more they pull, the tighter it gets. We will make sure there’s nowhere to hide with the walls closing in, and that the gavel of justice will descend squarely upon the shoulders of those responsible.
