Welcome back, fellow victims and honorary members of the Vitug Family Crime Syndicate™. Ryne swaggered into federal court (via Doc 46 on November 26) and told Judge Cleary his unemployment appeal is still “pending.” Pending? Try DENIED SIX MONTHS AGO—June 12, 2025. Instead of admitting defeat, he sued IDES in Cook County on July 16 (Case 2025L050439) and forgot to mention it in bankruptcy. Exhibit C (below) is the smoking gun: denial letter, state complaint, and two bold-faced lies in Doc 46 and Doc 44. This isn’t “pending”—it’s Ryne playing hide-the-loss in a desperate attempt to fool the bankruptcy court and all of us once again. (And we all know when Ryne gambles. He loses. Big.)
So instead of “insisting on preferential treatment” or “clamoring for a refund” (as his lawyers love to spin it), I just served a joint objection on behalf of 59 creditors who said “hell yes” (100+ filed claims, $1M+ on record, 335+ victims, $2.7M+ total). Exhibit A (below) is the roll call of pain—real names, real losses. We demand dismissal with prejudice, a 180-day refiling ban, and FBI referral under 18 U.S.C. § 157. His plan? Filed at 4:59 PM on the last day, like a kid sliding in homework at the bell. Zero income, zero credibility, zero chance. Hope Ryne and the boys brought lube—this one’s gonna hurt.
Exhibit B is the mic drop: Ashley West’s sworn affidavit shows Ryne posing as a lawyer, pressuring her to wire $6,150 to his grandma’s Cash App, and promising refunds that vanished faster than his “deals.” 26 screenshots (below) expose the family scam, the coercion, and the Ponzi playbook. This isn’t a failed business—it’s organized fraud with a side of grandma.
The objection is en route to Chicago—overnight to the Clerk and Ryne’s counsel, and some more to the Trustee and U.S. Trustee. Every name on Exhibit A makes the judge pause harder.
Sleep tight, Ryne. Law enforcement’s been watching since last December, and this lie just handed them the indictment on a silver platter. Jumpsuits come in orange, and they don’t do family visits. Tell Mom to pack light—Class 3 insiders don’t get special treatment in federal prison. We’re ending this. xoxo. — Jason & the gang.
You can read the Objection and all exhibits below. But let me just give you the juiciest snip first…
