Not the words you want to hear if your name is Ryne and it’s your first of many long days in federal prison. Soon enough my friends, and for you too fellow conspirators.
Before we begin, many of you are not on our Facebook group. Please join for the most up-to-date information. It’s easier for me to post quickly on Facebook as opposed to the website. If you have already emailed me the answers to your questions, you do not need to fill it out again. https://www.facebook.com/share/g/15VnmNGq9L/
While I have been away for some time, that has not stopped the continual flow of new victims dropping into the email box with their stories and images. I will do better to continue to publish them, but truly appreciate everyone who has come forward. We are too big to ignore at this point.
My small claims suit is still moving forward. As of this writing I finally have a court date in Illinois where Ryne will need to appear in person. (See the order below).

My suspicion is that Ryne will try to weasel his way out of this, like usual, by attempting to expedite his bankruptcy. I am certain that’s the goal at this point. There really is no other angle. This is evident with the promises of payments and the never ending delays and excuses from Ryne’s attorney’s office. (Side note: Did anyone get a check by the end of December? No? Oh just hold on – I have more information coming soon).
It is further confirmed by Mr. Goodman’s response to my complaint with the Idaho Attorney Generals office that I received recently – see below.

In a direct contradiction to the recorded conversation that I had with Mr. Goodman back in November – and ignoring the slew of text/email evidence provided publicly in nearly every post – this cadre of imbeciles are now writing that Ryne had a business that failed. A flat out lie, but good try Adam.
[For all my Idaho folks, make sure you piggy back onto this AG complaint by reaching out to Lonny with the AGs office. The more that we get to complain, the better. Especially, if you do not have a lawsuit ongoing.]
He also stated that Ryne was a “sole proprietor,” which is oddly specific and highly defensive to put all the blame on Ryne and get everyone to ignore his family members/co-conspirators.
That’s not going to work either, Ryne… Momma and Max are going to jail with you.
I wonder if the IRS knows that Ryne was running an unsuccessful business in Illinois with millions moving through his accounts that he never filed taxes on for who know how many years? They do now. 🙂 Detailed spreadsheets and all.
They say absence makes the heart grow fonder. Did you miss me, Ryne?
xoxo
