Welcome back, fellow victims, crime connoisseurs, Vitug Family Crime Syndicate™ members… and of course, Ryne.

On April 24, 2026, I logged into Zoom for the small claims bench trial in Andersen v. Vitug, No. 2024-M3-007413, Circuit Court of Cook County, Third Municipal District. I showed up pro se, ready to testify and get cross-examined.

Ryne? Nowhere to be found. He sent his lawyer, Adam Goodman, instead.

He was too much of a coward to show his face himself.

I’ll save you the suspense: We crushed it.

What Happened

Judge Martin S. Agran presided. I testified. Ryne’s lawyer was there. Ryne was not.

Instead of fighting it out and risking a full verdict, he stipulated — agreed on the record — to pay me every damn cent: $9,565.48 plus $451.66 in court costs ($390.40 filing fee + $61.26 sheriff service).

Judge Agran entered the order on April 27, 2026.

No last-minute theatrics. No defense. No excuses. Just straight-up pay up.

Why This One Matters

This is a small claims case. In the grand scheme of the $2.7+ million Ponzi-style fraud Ryne has been running across hundreds of victims in multiple states and countries, $9,565.48 is pocket change to him.

But it’s the first line item that’s no longer just an allegation.

It’s a court judgment. With Ryne J. Vitug’s name on it. Enforceable. Official. Permanent.

When someone stipulates instead of rolling the dice at trial, it’s almost never because they think they’d win. People fight the cases they believe they can win. This one? He folded immediately.

He was too scared to show up — just like he’s going to be scared when the cuffs click and he’s hauled off to prison for the rest of this dumpster fire.

This Is Only the Beginning

Ryne-y poo… we haven’t forgotten about you.

We’re going to keep shouting every judgment, every order, every filing, and every new victim story from the rooftops until you’re exactly where you belong — behind bars.

This is Win #1. It won’t be the last.

I’ll keep posting every court document, every update, and every new development as they hit. If you’ve got filings, screenshots, or new evidence to share, send it my way.

The prison tsunami is inbound.

Xoxo.
